I've setup the office 365 account in outlook 2016 using autodiscover which all works ok.The only issue is that in cached mode the secondary mailbox that it has permissions to view shows all it's folders but when clicking on the folders it shows no content.

Can I make my i Cloud calendar default so the appointments are in my To-do bar?

The default calendar used by the To-Do Bar (and Outlook Today) is the one in your default pst file.

Switch to a list view, select all and drag or use the Move to Folder command. We have more information at Merging Two Calendar Folders This is an on-going problem with Outlook and i Phones: all day events without an end date don't display in the Day / Week / Month view. First, check your calendar settings and verify you are not using Low details view.

If the calendar view is set on High details, check your all days events for end dates.

Set the i Cloud calendar to use a List view, add the Recurrence Range End field to the View and sort by it.

Open any event that has No end date and set an end date.

Is there a setting that needs changing or is this how cached mode works. Please refer to this KB article for more information: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/3115602 There are a couple of different options you can take to resolve it depending on what works best for you.

I did leave outlook open overnight but it didn't sync anymore emails.

Had our emails migrated over from a local exchange to office 365 using skykick.

Office 365 account has read and manage (plus send email from and on behalf) permissions to another mailbox.
