Devlin, age 63, went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 12, 2018. A reception will be held at the church after the funeral. Pat is also survived by five siblings, Michael (Noreen) Devlin, Tim (Joanne) Devlin, John (Judy) Devlin, Jackie Crane and Pam (John) Adams; brothers and sisters-in-law, Howard “Butch” Sarquist, Freeman (Jennifer) Housel, John (Kathy) Housel, Ellen (Jim) Johnson, Linda (Bert) Dailey, Dawn (Brian) Brown, Karl Housel and Orrin Housel; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursday (May 17th) from 3 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Penn Yan Bible Church, 2015 Kimball Rd., Penn Yan, NY 14527. Pat is also survived by many dear friends, and his sweet pup, Miss Cora.
Dorothy was the daughter of the late Frank and Emma Ade Jones.
She lived in New Jersey for much of her adult life.

Considerate and always respectful, fastidious and hard working from childhood on up. We loved his wit, usually understated but never cruel.He and his family subsequently moved to Penn Yan, where he was employed by Sylvania (Seneca Falls) and was president of the Angler Boat Company (Penn Yan).He purchased the Keuka Lumber Company prior to moving to Florida, where he had a construction and development company.He transitioned to the Army for the course of World War II, where he served as a Chief Warrant Officer in Europe, finishing his service at Fort Eustis, VA.Following the service, Howard was employed by Haloid (Rochester NY) and the Ward Company (Ohio).Norm is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara; three children, Norma (Kevin) Clark, Wayne (Stephanie) Holtz and Kimberly (Matthew) Hyde; six grandchildren, Nicholas, Steven, Patrick (Cari), Rachel, Jessica and Jack; two great-grandchildren, Collin and Mollie; mother-in-law, Jane Pulsipher; sister-in-law, Julie Harris; nephew, Jerry (Tanya) Hoover; and his best friend and buddy, “Buster”.Norm was predeceased by his parents; and his sister and brother-in-law, Glennis and Chuck Hoover.Pat was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Charlotte Devlin; sisters, Ruth Sarquist and Mae Devlin; and his sister-in-law, Paula Wright.Please visit send a message of condolence to the Devlin family.
